Practice areas

Acts for national and international companies, providing legal advice mainly on Employment law (employment agreements, bonus schemes, termination agreements, data protection, secondment, drug screening, hiring of services, business transfer and mass dismissal). Regularly produces complex legal documents including high-level plans for participation, non-compete clauses, bylaws and proposed rental services with a particular focus on judicial matters.
Thanks to an excellent working knowledge of immigration authorities, assistance to international companies with their immigration issues, thereby swiftly obtaining work permits and ensuring a smooth transfer of employees and executives. Regarding social security, advice on bilateral agreements and health insurance issues in various European and non-European countries regarding secondments, affiliations from overseas and retroactive liability.
Representation of legal entities and individuals before courts and assistance in fulfilling administrative procedures with the federal and cantonal administrations.
